With our certification labels, which are awarded on the basis of a wide range of criteria, we want to offer you more transparency when choosing your desired accommodation. Please note the detailed test report including all information on the certification label and the certification methods in the exposé of the respective accommodation. You can filter the certification labels as a minimum requirement.
Category A: Accommodation inspected on site by our experts. At the time of the inspection, it was in the condition shown in the pictures and description. All essential equipment, especially with regard to the workspaces, was available and corresponded to the description.
Category B: Accommodation that was inspected according to the criteria of category A. At the time of the inspection, however, one or more features were still missing, which will be provided by the host until arrival. / Accommodations that were viewed via video chat with the landlord. The impressions at the time of inspection corresponded to the condition according to the pictures and description. All essential equipment, especially with regard to the work areas, was available and corresponded to the information provided.
Category C: Accommodations that were viewed via video chat with the owner. The impressions at the time of the viewing corresponded to the condition according to the pictures and description. However, one or more features were still missing. These will be provided by the host until arrival.
