Description
This lovely stone clad cottage was built in traditional Majorcan style. Set in 5.000 sqm of land, off the road Santanyí to Alquería Blanca and without direct neighbours, it offers both privacy and good connection with Santanyí and the nearby villages and beaches.
Accomodation
The main entrance is on the veranda and opens to the comfy living-dining room with American style kitchen, fully fitted with dishwasher, hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The two double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are on the house’s rear side. The bedrooms dispose of two single beds each and the living area is furnished and equipped with a sofa and two chairs, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player and Wifi. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep undisturbed even with the windows open and air conditioning for the perfect room temperature. The veranda stretches across the total house width. The BBQ is conveniently located right on the terrace, furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs to enjoy your meals alfresco. Right next to the veranda is the swimming pool with large sun terraces, sun loungers and poolside shower.
Workation
Optionally, a quiet workspace with a view of the greenery can be set up in each of the two bedrooms, providing a total of up to 2 workspaces. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units & radiators, so that the optimal room climate prevails in every season. The finca also has a fast & stable internet connection.
We offer various workation packages as required, which can be selected in the optional additional costs when booking. Some of these are available for a one-off surcharge per booking, which includes delivery, set-up and use. Please note that a maximum of two workspaces can be selected for this rental property. If more workspaces are required, please contact us in advance.

Surroundings
Son Garrot offers nice views the rural surroundings. The nearby town of Santanyí hosts a well-attended weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. But Santanyí also has a lot to offer, numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music, exhibitions and much more. Also worth a visit is the seaside village of Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbor or the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain with a fantastic panoramic view over the island. The Parc Natural Mondragó is very close and also the two beaches Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador.
Additional Costs
The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately. A refundable security deposit is required for this property. Bringing a dog up to a maximum of 10 kg is permitted. No more than one dog is allowed. Dogs of potentially dangerous breeds are not accepted. If you want to bring a dog, you must inform us when booking.
