Accommodation

The property is located in an olive grove of 4.500 m2, with private pool and barbecue, enjoys full sun all day, overlooking Sóller. Terrace with nice chillout!
The pool has 6 sun loungers, terrace sofa and table with 8 chairs next to the barbecue.
Fantastic location for the winter, it has a rustic fireplace with traditional charm and heating throughout the house.
Sóller and Port de Sóller just 2.5 kms away.
The house has 4 separate areas to relax enjoying beautiful views of Sóller.
No neighbors but close to everything. Free wi-fi internet access.
It is a perfect place to celebrate a family vacation, or for a group of friends or a couple.
Relax in the different areas for an outdoor dinner with barbecue and enjoy the pool and the traditional character of the house.
The house is suitable for children, as the access to the stairs and the terrace is closed by protective barriers.
Close to the beach of Puerto de Soller (3 km), Soller is well known for the nice train and the fun streetcar, the stunning hiking trails that can be done in the area, oranges and citrus fruits.
Close to stores and restaurants. Welcome to the Valley of Oranges! ...

It has 3 complete bedrooms + a room with two beds of 80 cms ( For children ).

Distribution of the bedrooms:

1st Bedroom - Double bed of 1,50 cms x 1,90 cms with en suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom - 2 single beds of 90 cm x 1.90 cm (convertible into double bed of 1.80 cm x 1.90 cm).

3rd Bedroom - 2 single beds of 90 cm x 1.90 cm (Convertible into double bed of 1.80 cm x 1.90 cm).

4th Bedroom - 2 beds of 80 cm, or large bed of 1.60 cm x 1.90 cm - Advised for children )

Please let us know in advance if you want double beds in the second and third bedroom.

The property has a fast and stable fiber optic connection for smooth remote working and trouble-free online meetings.

* In addition, air conditioning and heating ensure that the living and workspaces are at the perfect temperature all year round.

Sóller is a charming village located on the northwest coast of the island of Mallorca, in the heart of the Sóller Valley, within the stunning Tramuntana mountain range. Known for its natural beauty, rich history and vibrant culture, Soller is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. The heart of Sóller is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
