Description

This is the perfect villa for large families with small children. In walking distance to the beach of Puerto Pollensa and near to nice restaurants and shops.  

Approximately 500 metres away from the picturesque bay of Puerto Pollença, in a quiet and elegant housing estate called Gotmar, surrounded by a large garden, you will find the lordly estate. The 2.600 m² plot is lined by cypresses, yew trees and large grass areas with trees and flower beds.

The spacious entrance hall gives way and view to 2 different lounges and a covered terrace with access to the pool. On the right side of the entrance you find a large modern kitchen, completely fitted with its terrace taking you to fruit trees. Back in the hall you follow a small passage way which takes you to the WC and on the opposite side to a double bedroom with showeroom ensuite. Straight ahead you reach the 70 m² lounge-diner with an imposing fireplace. The view goes through the panoramic glass door to the stone terrace with swimming pool. Outsite there is a BBQ house and a completely equipped summer kitchen recently renewed. Next to it there is a built-in bathroom with shower.

From the main entrance a staircase takes you up to the first floor. The master bedroom (20 m²) with balcony has a big bathroom. 2 double bedrooms each with balcony are next to each other and share a bathroom with shower. The forth bedroom with bathroom is separated from the corridor by a door and a small hall. From there you have access to a balcony and to the two last double bedrooms, both with bathroom ensuite. From one of the bedrooms you have access to an outside staircase that takes you directly to the pool. You will enjoy the outside area with large terraces with confortable furniture and children toys. There is aloso a nice inside space with lots of children toys.

There is also a billiard next to the BBQ terrace. The pool is equipped with a high quality fenced pool, please under request.

The availability of the desired equipment will be checked by us before booking and also confirmed with the booking confirmation.

Indoor climate: The rooms in all workspaces are equipped with air conditioning and radiators to ensure a perfect indoor climate at all times of the year. 

*In the rare event of a fault, we try to find a quick solution personally with the provider. We also provide mobile routers in the event of longer disruptions. However, we cannot accept any guarantees or damages.
