This property has a fast & stable internet connection.
You will also find several comfortable seating areas from where you can work remotely with a beautiful view. If required, we can also offer you a separate workspace for an additional charge, which can be set up for you in one of the bedrooms or in the living area.
This can be furnished for you as follows and added to the additional costs when booking:

If the desired equipment is not (completely) available at the time of your journey, we will inform you of this before confirming your booking.
*We ask for your understanding at this point that no guarantees or claims for damages can be accepted for rare disruptions to the connection due to provider problems, environmental or other influences.
In such cases, however, the landlord will be there for you personally and will endeavour to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider.

Important conditions:
- The booking fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest is payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.
- The accommodation has a final cleaning charge in addition to the rental price, which is included in the payment process.
- An electricity consumption charge of 0.25 EUR/kWh is payable on departure.
- A deposit of EUR 500 is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure after all details have been checked for correctness.
- 100% of the booking (minus 3% bank charges) will be refunded if cancellation is made no later than 1 month before the rental date.
