For those who want to be productive during their time in the villa, there is a permanent, high-quality workspace in the suite in the basement (see gallery) as well as two additional optional workspaces in the living room and bedroom. The villa also offers fast and stable fiber optic internet, which can be supported by a mobile router on request.

Outside guests are not allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation is allowed on the property.
Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. No events, parties or loud music are allowed in this residence.
We would appreciate it if you could inform us of your estimated time of arrival when making your reservation/inquiry.

A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR DAMAGES OF €1,500 FOR EU CITIZENS AND €3,000 FOR NON-EU CITIZENS, WHICH WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 48 HOURS ONCE THE PERFECT CONDITION OF THE VILLA HAS BEEN CONFIRMED . SUCH AS DAMAGES, LOSSES OR MISUSE OF THE FACILITIES
OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES SUCH AS:
• Non-approved late check-out, after 11:00 a.m. m.
• Lost keys, forgotten inside the property, damage to the lock.
• Smoking inside the house
· Damage to property or its contents.
The guest must respect community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civil behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.
