The private saltwater pool with a shallow beach-style entry, outdoor shower, and sun loungers offers the perfect setting to enjoy the sun in complete privacy.

Through the beautifully landscaped entrance with exotic plants, you enter the spacious living and dining area — an open, light-filled space featuring a designer kitchen, dining table, and cozy lounge. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas, offering stunning panoramic views of the golf course and pool.
A true highlight of the interior is the private gym, equipped with high-quality fitness machines, free weights, and a serene view of the green front garden. Right next to it, you’ll find a fully equipped bathroom.
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning, which can also be used for heating. In addition, ceiling fans are available in every room.
The villa has three bedrooms, all located on the right side of the house. As there is a bathroom between each of the three bedrooms, there is no noise between the bedrooms.
The master suite offers a king-size bed (1.80 x 2 m), pool view, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.9 x 2 m each) and the third with a fold-out double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). The second large shower room is located between the second and third bedrooms. On the other side of the house, next to the fitness room, is the third bathroom with shower.

The driveway has space for two cars and is partially covered. In addition, there is usually free parking available on the street in front of the property.
La Loma de Sancti Petri is located in the heart of Novo Sancti Petri and ranks among the most exclusive residential areas on the Costa de la Luz. The area is renowned for its luxurious hotels, world-class golf courses, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain.
The entrance to Sancti Petri Hills Golf Club is just 400 meters from the villa. In the immediate surroundings, you’ll also find excellent restaurants, charming cafés, and all the shops you need for your daily essentials.
Other nearby highlights include a traditional Hammam Spa, several tennis and padel courts, a riding stable, bike rental, and a wide range of leisure activities both on land and at sea.
Despite the many amenities in Novo Sancti Petri, a rental car is recommended to explore the region’s other treasures — such as the historic city of Cádiz, the whitewashed villages of Conil and Vejer de la Frontera, or the culturally vibrant Jerez de la Frontera.
The stunning Playa La Barrosa (approx. 900 m as the crow flies) is just 6 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike from the villa. This long, fine-sand beach is considered one of the most beautiful on the Costa de la Luz.
As an alternative, the Calas de Roche offer a series of small, sheltered coves — perfect for days when the Levante wind is blowing.
Other beaches worth visiting nearby include Cala del Aceite, Playa Fuente del Gallo, and Playa de los Bateles, all located in Conil de la Frontera, about 20 minutes away. A bit farther, but equally stunning, are the unspoiled beaches of El Palmar, Zahora, and Los Caños de Meca, which can be reached in around 25–35 minutes by car.
For day trips, you can also explore the iconic stretches of coastline further south, such as Playa de Tarifa (approx. 50 minutes), the legendary Playa de Bolonia with its vast dunes (approx. 1 hour), or the elegant Playa de la Muralla in Puerto Sherry, near El Puerto de Santa María (approx. 45 minutes).
Airport transfers from Jerez, Seville, or Málaga, as well as a separate cleaning service and additional towels or bed linen, can be booked for an extra charge (please note that final cleaning, bed linen, and a towel package are already included in the rental price).

All living areas are located on one level, and the rooms are spacious and easy to move around in. Access to the garden, terrace, and pool is also on the same level and without steps.
