Description

Accommodation 

This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located away from the road on a plot of about 5,000 square meters, completely enclosed with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Cala Santanyí.
On the first floor there is the spacious living-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and combi fridge and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and private bathroom; one of them with bathtub and shower. All the windows of the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. From the covered terrace on the second floor you can see the pine forests and the villas and even the sea.
The living room on the first floor opens onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden with palm trees, some olive trees and mature trees. The brick barbecue is conveniently next to the terrace. Around the pool are terraces with plenty of space for sun loungers and a beautiful stone lined outdoor shower.

We have recently equipped the bedrooms of Rustica Sa Talaia with air conditioning. 

Workation

The finca also has a good and fast wifi connection.* 

A total of up to 2 workspaces can be made available in this property:

  • Workspace with beautiful antique commode table quietly located in the 2nd (master) bedroom upstairs with beautiful views of the greenery and balcony access (see gallery). Can be equipped with an ergonomic office chair (25 €) and monitor (see selection below) for an extra charge. 
  • Optional workspace in a quiet location with a beautiful view and balcony access in the 3rd bedroom (see gallery)

Both rooms have air conditioning and radiators so that work can be carried out at the optimum temperature at any time of year.

 

The following equipment is optionally available for an additional charge for the 3rd bedroom and can be selected when booking:

In such cases, however, we are there for you personally and will try to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider.

Surroundings

Only one kilometer away is the picturesque fishing village of Cala Figuera. Also Santanyí is only about 4 kilometers away. There you will find everything for your daily needs, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music and the popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Worth a visit is, for example, the Monastery of Santuari de Sant Salvador in Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic view of the island or perhaps the busy Sunday market in Felanitx. The Parc Natural Mondragó is nearby and offers access to the two beaches, Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador. Don't miss the long white sandy beach, Es Trenc, between Colónia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita.
