Accommodation

This very impressive finca is located between Santanyi and Cala Santanyi on a beautiful terraced land.
In total there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, several living rooms, a small kitchen inside and a large kitchen outside next to the pool area. Four bedrooms with direct access to the covered terrace and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. Another bedroom and a bathroom are on the first floor, with access to the generous pool area with large solarium and the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and toilet.

The house is partially air-conditioned.

Workation

This property has a fast, stable Internet connection* and offers space for up to 7 workspaces. Of these, 5 can be booked as standard, 3 of which are included in the rental price as a small commode table with seating (ergonomic office chair for an additional charge) and 2 of which are optional workspaces for an additional charge (see optional additional costs). For a 6th and 7th workspace, please contact us in advance. 

Workspaces included:

  • Small commode table in the 2nd bedroom on the upper floor with balcony access and plenty of peace and quiet, a cozy dining chair can be added here.

Surroundings

Less than one kilometer away is the village of Santanyí, a typical Mallorcan village. Here you will find everything for your daily needs. There are two large supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions and much more. The popular weekly market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In addition, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for visits to the beach. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful long sandy beach Es Trenc, located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. Also worth a visit are the two charming coastal villages of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. Excursions can be made to the Drach Caves in Porto Cristo or to the salt mines between Campos and Colonia de Sant Jordi, as well as to the Santuari de Sant Salvador in Felanitx, located on top of a mountain at 509 meters, with fantastic panoramic views of the island.
