Description

Accommodation

These two individual cottages, built in a very traditional style, are located on a plot of land near the village of Santanyí. An iron gate gives access to the property. To the right is the main house and to the left is the outbuilding. In the main house there is a living-dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower en suite. In the outbuilding there are two double bedrooms with two single beds and also a bathroom with shower en suite each. All the windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open.

The living-dining room is equipped with satellite TV, stereo and internet and has an exit to the beautiful veranda where there is a table and 6 chairs. There you can not only enjoy your meals in the open air and at the same time enjoy the view of the pool and the garden. The barbecue is located in front of the porch. The pool is surrounded by a solarium to place the sun loungers and there is also a lawn behind the pool. There is also an outside shower. You can park your car on the esplanade in front of the gate or behind it.

We have recently installed air conditioning in the bedrooms of Son Sec. Reservations made after 06.02.2024 will have the use of air conditioning included in the price. All reservations made before this date will have the option of using the air conditioning at an additional cost.

Workation 

A total of two optional workspaces can be provided in this property at an additional cost.

Optionally, a quiet workspace overlooking the beautiful garden can be set up in the master bedroom (see example images in the gallery). The second workspace can be set up in one of the other bedrooms if required. 

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and heaters to ensure a perfect indoor climate all year round.

In addition, a 600 MB fiber optic line ensures a stable and fast Internet connection*.

We offer various workation packages as required that can be selected as optional extras at the time of booking. Some are available for a one-time fee per booking, which includes delivery, setup, and use. Please note that a maximum of two workspaces can be selected for this rental. If more workspaces are required, please contact us in advance.

If you choose two different workspaces, or just one, please let us know at the time of booking which room you would like your workspace in. If the requested equipment is not available at the time of your trip, we will inform you before confirming your booking.

*We apologize for any inconvenience or inconvenience caused by provider problems, environmental or other influences. However, in such cases we will be there for you personally and try to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider. 

Surroundings

The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 2 km from the house and the village Santanyí is only 1.5 km away. There are two large supermarkets, numerous shops, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and every Wednesday and Saturday the popular weekly market. IThe picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera is only a 5 minute drive away. Also worth a visit is Cala d'Or with its white Ibizan-style houses and many entertainment options. The beautiful white sandy beach of Es Trenc is also easily accessible by car or perhaps a visit to the "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo.

Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.

A refundable deposit is required for this property.

Bringing a dog up to a maximum of 10 kg is permitted. No more than one dog is allowed. Dogs of potentially dangerous breeds are not accepted. If you want to bring a dog, you must inform us when booking.
