In addition to the careful selection of vacation properties offered on our platform, a convenient and secure booking and payment process for our customers is our top priority.

• How do I find the right Accommodation for me on Soulwork?

  Our advanced search module allows you to filter your desired amenities, more detailed than on other platforms and divided according to the vacation property itself as well as its workspace(s) and furnishings.

• Who do I book with?

  Directly with our local rental partner on site. These are exclusively top-rated hosts with professional services from the respective region.

• Do I have to work while traveling to take advantage of your offer?

  No, every guest is of course free to book properties via our platform even without a workspace.

• For which Periods can I book Properties on Soulwork?

  Our selection offers short-term rentals ranging from a few days to long-term rentals for several weeks or months. Longer periods in the less-booked low season are often cheaper than a few days in the busy high season. Via our social media channels and our e-mail newsletter, you will automatically receive the best deals for stylish and popular properties.

• What Office Equipment awaits me in the Accommodation?

  The range of home office equipment in the respective property depends on the local host: from a laptop table to several desks for teams or particularly high-quality equipment such as height-adjustable desks, widescreens including keyboard & mouse and an ergonomic office chair with a high load capacity.

  In space-saving apartments, e.g. in large cities such as Valencia, a single ergonomic office chair for the kitchen table can sometimes also be booked separately.

• What are the Rental Conditions?

  The rental conditions are determined by the hosts of the respective property and are described in the exposé under the corresponding category.

• What Criteria are used to list Properties on the Platform?

  We sensitize hosts to aspects such as wifi speed, noise levels, air conditioning and heating of living & work areas as well as the living comfort, e.g. quality of beds & kitchen equipment when selecting their properties.

• How are Workspaces defined at Soulwork?

  At Soulwork, a workspace is defined as an area specifically provided for remote working activities, which includes a desk and possibly other equipment such as an ergonomic chair and monitor.

  We do not consider the kitchen table, balcony table or coffee table to be workspaces in order to ensure the most effective filtering of workspaces according to the above definition.

• How works the Booking Process on Soulwork?

  After you have decided on your dream property and the period, you can add additional services offered by the host in the booking window, such as a baby crib, highchair, airport transfer or the furnishing of a workspace, just like in a shopping cart.

  As soon as you have made the booking, the host will check it and confirm the booking as final and binding within 24 hours.

  Only then you have to make a payment. Once the payment has been received, you will receive the host's contact details and further information regarding the property.

• How do I pay for my booking on Soulwork?

  Depending on the duration until your arrival at the booking date and the rental conditions of the host, you pay the rental fee including the binding additional costs, such as the final cleaning, divided into a down payment and a final payment or in one total payment.

  In order to guarantee you a secure booking and payment, Soulwork offers you payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex and many more) and Paypal in addition to the conventional SEPA bank transfer. If you pay by SEPA bank transfer, you will receive either a refund of 1% or a voucher for your next booking of 2% of the payment amount.

  Additional costs for optional services or costs that are billed according to consumption are paid directly to the local host. The host will inform you of the exact payment details before your arrival.
